We do not use “maid service” techniques on construction sites. Wetting drywall dust creates sludge that stains baseboards. We follow a strict Dry-First Methodology.
Phase 1: Dry Extraction & HEPA Vacuuming
We vacuum walls, ceilings, and floors using HEPA filters to capture fine particulate before any liquid is introduced.
Phase 2: The “Top-Down” Detail
Gravity is our tool. We clean air vents, ceiling fans, and high ledges first, ensuring dust never falls on a clean floor.
Phase 3: Residue Removal
We use plastic razor blades to safely remove manufacturer stickers and paint splatter from glass without scratching.

Do you remove sticker residue from new windows?
Yes. We use specialized plastic razor blades and non-abrasive solvents to remove manufacturer stickers and adhesive residue without scratching the glass.
Do you haul away large construction debris?
We handle small debris (wood scraps, packaging, trash) that fits in contractor bags. For large-scale lumber or drywall hauling, we recommend a dumpster service.
How much notice do you need for a Final Clean?
We understand construction timelines shift. We typically require 24-48 hours notice, but we can often accommodate same-day requests for “Punch List” emergencies.
